Dr. Garry McDaniel

Dr. Garry McDaniel is Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at Franklin University. He is the 2014 recipient of the Robert L. Bailey Teaching Award which is presented to the faculty member graduating students identify has having the most influence on their educational experience. He is also the former Associate Dean and Executive Director for Franklin’s Center for Continuing Education which was selected as the top training provider by Columbus CEO Magazine in 2012. Dr. McDaniel has served as a graduate and undergraduate professor at several universities and led the Global Leadership & Succession Planning efforts for Advanced Micro Devices. He has authored two books, Conflict to Cooperation: A process for mediating group differences, and Managing the business: How successful managers align management systems with business strategy, as well as numerous articles & book chapters.
