Debra A. Petrizzo joint Franklin University in 2009 and since then till present she has been responsible for the development, staffing and continual improvement of all sections, both online and face-to- face, of the following courses: Management Control Processes and Systems, Operations and Project Management, Financial and Managerial Accounting, Metrics and Analytics. Her research interests focus on international financial reporting standards and emotional intelligence. She holds degrees from different American universities: DBA in Accounting from Argosy University (Sarasota, 2006), MBA from Chadron State College (Chadron, 1996), BBA in Accounting/Management from Chadron State College (Chadron, 1994). On top of that she holds the certification Six Sigma Black Belt. Her professional experience covers mostly corporate accounting and was built while she worked in different companies, among them: Electro-Motive Diesel, Inc. as international and global inventory controller and worked extensively in South Africa to form a black-empowered joint venture; Alstom Train Life as a project controller; Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway as an auditor.
